We partner with leaders through challenging transitions, consulting on issues like succession planning, relational reconciliation among staff, and walking leaders through recovery after a moral failure. We advise large churches (over 500 members) on their unique issues and challenges. Our founder, Rob Harrell (link to bio) also serves on multiple boards and associations, offering insight and experience that helps organizations on mission for Jesus.

Apartment Life
Apartment Life helps apartment owners care for residents by connecting them in relationships. This, in turn, helps improve the community’s financial performance through online reputation, resident satisfaction, and resident retention. Changing business. Changing lives.
Austin Disaster Relief Network (ADRN)
ADRN’s primary goal is to serve Christ by sponsoring families affected by disaster through their Disaster Relief Shepherd program. Responding to offer relief following crisis, ADRN provides survivors with immediate financial assistance, emergency housing and transportation, emotional and spiritual care and connects families with vital resources. Additionally, ADRN organizes volunteer efforts in the cleanup/muck out of homes, coordinates volunteer labor with partnering agencies like Christian Aid Ministries (CAM), and offers funding to complete the rebuilding/repair of homes affected through their sponsorship program.
Christ Together Greater Austin (CTGA)
CTGA seeks to convene, catalyze, connect, and celebrate city-wide efforts that pursue Gospel saturation, so that every man, woman, and child in Greater Austin will have repeated opportunities to see, hear, and respond to the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the mobilized Church of Greater Austin. It also has a passion to keep local Pastors encouraged relationally through Pastors in Covenant.

The God of Hope Prison Ministries
The God of Hope Ministries provides Christian care and discipleship to men and women incarcerated in Austin and the Central Texas area. As a discipleship ministry, our mission is to teach and model Christ’s love through an intense, focused exposure to His truth. We believe that the love of Jesus Christ, combined with His truth, produces hope.

Community First! Village
Community First! Village is a 51-acre master planned community that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for men and women coming out of chronic homelessness. A development of Mobile Loaves & Fishes, this transformative residential program exists to love and serve our neighbors who have been living on the streets, while also empowering the surrounding community into a lifestyle of service with the homeless.
The Refuge Austin
Our belief is that each girl in our care is created by God for a special purpose in this world. We acknowledge that part of her life story is that she is a survivor of sex trafficking. We also believe every girl has the ability to create a new life for herself as she is encircled with the support and love necessary to begin the healing process. We believe that every survivor of sex trafficking has the potential to be a change agent in this world, and to become a leader in her generation and a champion in the fight to eradicate the insidious crime of sexual exploitation of children.
Kat Cannon, Real Bible Gal Ministries
Kat Cannon leads others into God’s Word through online “Bible Diving Expeditions”, writing, and speaking. She’s passionate about the Bible and helping others hear God for themselves in the Scriptures. Kat has over a decade of vocational ministry experience as a Women’s Ministry Director (including serving as a member of Pastor Rob Harrell’s staff), Small Groups Director, and Communications Director.
